Success!


According to Glasswalls @ 12:07 today, Our French Canadian friends will be coming home from their "deportation." I'd like to thank GlassWalls for actually keeping us in the loop. He also did this recently with the Waterfall Terrace furniture. I'd like to go on record as stating I don't feel the staff is the enemy, I just heavily disagree how they function/malfunction. I'm not only here to take a dump on them, I'm here to push for the little guys. As for GlassWalls, thanks for keeping us updated. In the future I'd request of you to at least acknowledge that you've received complaints. Otherwise the entire community as a whole is stuck being ignorant. If history teaches anything, ignorance breeds hostility.

  1. I dont see the staff as the enemy either but their silence speaks volumes. As far as communication goes I think Glasswalls does the best in that department but the staff in whole has a long way to go to improve communiction.

  2. @SkyForcE85 - I don't think that they can improve communication. They seem to be incompetent and neglectful of both the community and Home. If they aren't going to do anything for the community, or participate in the community.. then they need to remove that community tag and call themselves business managers, because that's all they care about.

    At least, they've yet to prove otherwise.

Of course they can improve communication....when I say improve communication that doesn't necessarily mean with the current home managers, if the current ones cant get it done then we need new managers with better communication....communication can always be improved...with this staff or need be another

  5. @SkyForcE85 - If I was above the community team, they would have been fired for their incompetence long ago. That is what makes me think that the problem goes above them. They're very incompetent, and unprofessional. GlassWalls is a snake especially, but not too many people know about that.

    @The girl in the Shark Hat - Yes, I agree. To me that says they don't read the support board. When I read the first thread regarding this error, I immediately sent a private message to the community team and informed them that there was a problem linking them to the thread. I received no response, so they either didn't read it or didn't care.

  6. I can not speak of the home team personally, I don't know them. But I keep hope that things will improve....that's why I'm here. If I thought we would never get any improvement on communication then I wouldn't bother

  7. @SkyForcE85 - I was in an instance where GlassWalls told someone that the pilot level jackets change, which they do not. That's either very unprofessional, because he has no clue what he's talking about, or he's trying to mislead the person with false information. Either way that's bad.

  8. Ok I'm going off topic and don't take this as sticking up for Glasswalls I just want to clarify something....what do you mean by pilot level jackets change because you do get a new one every 10 levels and it does change or are we talking about something different?

  9. @SkyForcE85 - The pilot jackets DO NOT change as you increase in levels. Every ten levels you unlock a DIFFERENT and SEPARATE jacket. They do not change at all.

  10. Yes you are right your original jacket does not change, you get a new one every ten levels...each new one has different stripes on the sleeve....is that your point that the original jacket doesnt change? Im just trying to understand your point with this.

  11. Yes, my point is that he specifically said that the jacket changes as you play through the game, which it does not.

  12. Yes the original one never changes...I only ever wear the level 5 suit anyhow so maybe ill try to sell the others LoL =]
