Horrible Customer Service? Nothing New.

Yes. The following were taken off the Home forums. I filtered out the stuff about Sony Vaio, laptops, televisions and the rest. Tried to keep it in the range of the PS3. As you can see, the customer support is pretty much non-existent.

With all these bad stories, is it any wonder that Home has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL? It's kind of sad, with Microsoft's Xbox 360 still leading the PS3 by 6.4 million that Sony wouldn't invest in getting a better reputation. The 360 lost a lot of credit when the red ring of death made them look ridiculous. C'mon Sony, don't tell me I bet on the wrong horse like I did with the Intelevision, Sega Master System, TurboGrafx 16, 3Do, Virtual Boy.... Holy crap, every system I buy is doomed.

  2. I still have a 2600. Odyssey2 was a little before my gaming days.

  3. My 2600 was lost in a move. I still have my Star Wars figures though!

Hey, at least the PS3s make good blu-ray players, if nothing else.
