Censorship bypass

Since lithium is the bottom of the barrel when going with a web design firm, we figured our readers would like to know that the censorship on the forums is very easily bypassed. Enjoy!

  1. Moderation seems a bit light on Sunday mornings, wink, wink, nudge, nudge.

  2. haha, that's hilarious. but if you don't want to get banned, i don't suggest you do this.

remember, i got banned for just saying f*ck, and they considered That bypassing their word filter.

  3. Hey Kapow, I've been meaning to ask you, how did you become a team member of PSN Home Watch?

  4. uuuuuuhhhhhh, i just contributed to this place with e-mails regularly and commented daily and showed support for this place in the lithium forums and what not.

and after a while the head honcho invited me to write for HW. i think that basically sums it up.

but i have to thank HlPPE for showing me this place. he was like, "yo check this place out, maybe you'll fit in Here ('cause the forum people were being dicks to me lol) because they seem to hate Home as much as you do haha."

but we don't hate Home, just most of the people who run it :p

  5. Does anyone know why it says there are five comments when in fact there are only four?

  6. Okay, turns out I had to leave a comment to make yours appear. Weird...

Anyways, thanks for answering. It was an interesting read, because the way some forum users have been treating me is also one of the things that drove me to Home Watch.

At one point, I too wanted to write about Home, which is one of the reasons I made a Blogger account, but then I realized my energy would be better spent leaving comments here. :)

  8. Yeah, that Home-Watch Traffic article was particularly enlightening. I had no clue there were so many users reading Home Watch.

I also have to thank Home Watch for giving me something to do until my ban runs out. :)

  9. Home Watch Forum, Home Watch Forum, Home Watch Forum!!!!

Blogspot is great, and the Home Watch blog is a breath of fresh air, but I crave more. Home Watch plus Forum. That would be true freedom from the oppressive Lithium managed forum.

    Just my $.02

  10. I'd love a Home Watch-flavored forum too, but I think Kapow tweeted about him and Home Watch's head honcho being quite busy IRL.

  11. there's a possibility of there being a home-watch forum/real web site but right now there are No Definite plans in doing so.

but if we do, you'll hear it here first.

  13. I've gone ahead and created a lame forum to goof around with. http://homeopath.proboards.com

I'm usually of the philosophy: "It's easier to ask forgiveness than it is to get permission"

Anyway, I don't know what the fuck I am doing, so any advice is appreciated.

  14. You can also use a bit.ly or tinyurl link to circumvent the Lithium link filters. At least for now.

  15. New lame forum address, replacing Homopath (hey, I didn't get a degree in marketing!):

    http://pshomeboards.proboards.com

Thanks HW and Kapow for letting me advertise here. I know, dick move for not getting permission, but thats how I roll. :p
